“Dinner for David” is a cookbook lovingly put together by one of our staff for her son to be used in conjunction with The Spectrum Balance Protocol Diet; a diet created by Dr. Shauna Young for curing the Menefe Syndrome, a form of autism. It is a collection of recipes created by moms for their children. The recipes in this cookbook are easy and delicious and extremely healthy. All the recipes are gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and many are also casein-free. The recipes use whole foods so lots and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with very little, if any, processed foods.
