Rooster Morris has hit a great balance between appeal to young children and subtle humor that keeps teens on their toes to catch it all. The main character Axle, inspires integrity, honesty and fundamental truths of good triumphing over evil. Rooster’s recordings are amazing as he depicts each cleverly named character with different voices. From my professional stand point, the recordings will accelerate reading abilities as children follow along in the book while Rooster skillfully dramatizes the written word.
