Utilize these word cards as a way to increase word recognition, but more importantly follow the ND Approach, and you will see permanent changes as Neuro-pathways are established for a lifetime!

These flash cards are to be used in conjunction with the 3R’s Plus Reading program; specifically the BRI series. Using flash cards with The Neurodevelopmental Approach (instructions included with cards) gives added input for stress-free learning and reading. There are 194 flash cards in these 3 sets combined.

ABC's In a Flash was designed with The Neurodevelopmental Approach in mind. Only a few letters are taught in each 2 minute session. A letter will be flashed onto the screen and identified so the child sees the letter and hears the name of the letter. This letter disappears and another letter pops up on the screen in another location.

You never know where the next letter will appear so watch carefully! After several days of “input” (information going into the brain), the child can play a game (output) where he tests his memory skills on identifying the letters.

Not since my 3rd grade teacher read us The Adventures of Mrs. Piggle Wiggle (dates me I know) have I been so entertained. Rooster Morris has hit a great balance between appeal to young children and subtle humor that keeps teens on their toes to catch it all. The main character Axle, inspires integrity, honesty and fundamental truths of good triumphing over evil. Rooster’s recordings are amazing as he depicts each cleverly named character with different voices. From my professional stand point, the recordings will accelerate reading abilities as children follow along in the book while Rooster skillfully dramatizes the written word.
