To Access Your Online Individualized Neurodevelopmental Program:

Login

User ID: (Your email address – all lower case)

Password: (Child’s first name – capitalize the first letter ONLY) Example: Timothy

Note: If you have more than one child on program, you can access both INPs by using your first child on program’s first name as the password. After you login, click “View my Program”; you will find a link for each child’s INP.

View your child’s program online as many times as you want for 30 days!* Click the Activity on the Program Page. View* Jan’s Activity Introduction and the demonstration (if available). Always do the activity as Jan has demonstrated. Email Michelle if you have questions: support@littlegiantsteps.com. Handouts are available on the video clip page for your convenience, (not all activities require them).We recommend that you view your INP right away and watch each video clip at least once a week while it’s available.

* If, after 30 days, you would like to re-activate your INP, just send us a check for $10.00 with a note requesting re-activation (please include client’s full name on the note). As soon as we receive your check, we will reactivate your INP for 30 additional days.

* High speed internet is required. You’ll also need QuickTime (free). There is a link for QuickTime available on your program page. NOTE: Save QuickTime to your desktop or a file and then open it. DO NOT select “run” when downloading. If you don’t have high speed (DSL) internet, you may need to ask a friend or relative if you can view your program from their computer. Our website will only accommodate a certain number of programs at one time; therefore, we cannot extend the time you have available to view your program.

Ordering Neurodevelopmental Supplies on the LGS Website

If you have never been to our website, to obtain access to the private section of the store reserved for ND clients, please follow these instructions:
1)       Go to www.littlegiantsteps.com and click on “Store”.
2)       Find the box at bottom right entitled, “Authentication”; click “Register” then click “Go”.
3)       Fill in the profile. “Sign up for membership” and choose “ND Client” in the pull down window.
4)       Make up your own user name and password and remember them for future use.
6)       On all subsequent orders you will click “Log In” instead of “Register”.

If you registered on our website before you became a client, you will need to change your profile in order to obtain access to the private section of the store. Please follow these instructions:
1)       Go to www.littlegiantsteps.com
2)       Log in at the Authentication box (bottom right hand corner).
3)       You will see a box above Authentication called "Your Cart", click “MODIFY PROFILE” (this button will not show up unless you are logged on).
4)       Scroll down to "Username & Password". The first box in this section is "Membership". Highlight “ND Client” in the pull down window and submit. This will give you more categories to chose from, listed as “private”.
